Update: There will be a settlement downtime today

Impact: A spike in settlements can be expected. All settlements and ODS will be impacted RTGS/IMPS and NEFT 

Agent Action and Process:

• Between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM on April 24th, here's what agents should do:
  • If settlements are not initiated, agents should ask merchants to wait for regular settlements using the standard procedure timeline instead of suggesting an immediate settlement.
  • If a merchant mentions they can't select 'settle now' during this time, agents should explain that the option is temporarily disabled for maintenance.
  • They should advise the merchant to try again after 2:00 PM on April 24th.
